Oreo Cheesecake was delicious , light and airy , fluffy and moist. I will definitely order from here again.

I love Uncle tetsu cheesecake. The original is always my favorite and Ube being the close second. Cheesecakes are always fluffy,fresh, and fantastic with your morning coffee or as a sweet snack.

The Ube Ube Cheese Tart was underfilled and the Pumpkin Spice Basque Cheesecake was under baked. While they're both flavorful they were not up to the quality that I expect from Uncle Tetsu.

The Ube Cheese Tart is incredible. I'm from Ohio, and this alone made my stop in Cali worth it.
