Staff gave a frosty and NOT Vanilla Cold Brew with Cream, which means they didn't pay attention to what they were doing.I was looking forward to the cold brew.just a spoon in the bag for a frosty, no straw.

usually pretty consistent.think Wendy's is known most for the chicken and baked potatoes, and those are usually good for me. have been forgetting my straws, though

order was missing Frosty, chicken sandwich didn't come with the cheese or lettuce, and my chicken nuggets were stale. Sandwich was drowning in mayonnaise as well.
