the Jr cheeseburgers deluxe was perfection and delicious. the fries did not have enough cheese sauce or crumble bacon and they were like warm I'm only like 10 minutes away. but I love my Wendy's here in Birmingham on the parkway.

They had a BOGO deal on the 10pc nuggets, so yes, I did. The nuggets were great. I would've checked the "Loved It" heart, but they sent no sauce. Luckily, I had ordered it the night before as well. Even though they sent the wrong sauce the previous night, they sent way too many, so I still had sauce. All-in-all, it was aight.

this place is a joke!!! do not order from here! I made a $40+ order for myself and coworkers and we got 2 cold burgers and one order of ice cold soggy fries. everything else we ordered never came. they made the dasher wait 45 minutes on premises before they gave her whatever they decided to instead of what was ordered. only reason for the one star is because I had to in order to write a review. I'm also not happy that doordash has yet to make things right 3 days later. in one word to describe how this order was and handled afterwards... PATHETIC!!!!

My food was cold. The fries and nuggets was old. The Sweet Tea was unsweetened. The entire meal was terrible. Very unsatisfying

After ordering from here multiple times and hoping that the mistakes were flukes, I can confirm they're not. The main food items are fine, but the cookies taste horribly burnt to the point where any other taste is ruined. The drinks consistently taste like they forgot to use sweetener, and they can't tell the difference between their own signature menu items, frostyccinos and frosties, or put them in the correct size cup.
