The food was absolutely hot. It was the freshest food. I think I've ever had from Wendy's before. Thank you guys for everything that y'all do. I know that you don't get enough praise for it. Plus the brownie batter frosty was really good too. Thank you

The fries were old and you can tell it was dipped back in the grease and when I opened it the top wasn’t even on there properly and the nuggets were mushy and the drink was watery

Hello,
I just received my order and I’m extremely disappointed and concerned with the quality of the items delivered.
First, the Takis Chicken Sandwich smells absolutely horrible. It has a strong, sour odor like it’s been sitting out for hours it honestly smells spoiled or expired. I couldn’t even take a bite because the smell was that off putting. I’m genuinely worried about how safe it would’ve been to eat.
Second,i ordered the Vanilla Cold Brew just for them not to have it. So i substituted it for strawberry lemonade, There’s no sugar,, and it tastes like straight lemonade no strawberry or sugar. It was advertised as sweet and strawberry flavor, but this tastes like lemon with food coloring .
This experience was unacceptable. I wasted my money on food and drink I couldn’t consume, and I’m very frustrated.

Burger bun was hard and the burger was barely warm. At least it was dressed right. The nuggets were cold and I asked for barbecue sauce and some extra. I was given the wrong sauce and EXTRA of the wrong sauce. Makes no sense.
