Have always gone above & beyond to make sure it's how I like it prepared. I've never had anything missing or incorrect on my orders. My dog loves their Chicken Biscuit & Jr. Cheeseburgers. The Frosty is a great light desert after a meal in warm weather. I have been & will continue to return as long as the service is this great.

The Brownie Batter Chocolate Frosty Swirl™ had almost no brownie batter and I even paid for extra. The Chili was sitting on TOP of the Double Stack™ so the hamburger looks more like a quesadilla.

Being Generous as they tried. They should have just cancelled the order though. Son of Baconator® wasn't, received a Bacon Double Stack a couple dollar difference. Received a Vanilla Frosty instead of Strawberry. 4 PC. Crispy Chicken Nuggets wasn't, received 8 Spicy. Did receive double my fries. Pretzel Bacon Pub Chicken Sandwich Combo was great. Like I said, they did try but they should of contacted for subs or cancelled the order outright.

Never fails, something is always (Chili cheese fries) soggy,( Pretzel Bacon Pub Cheeseburger Combo ) undercooked, (caramel chocolate frosty) melted and vanilla instead of chocolate, or (Double Stack™ Biggie™ Bag) completely missing.
