Now I know why they're having a 2 for one sale on the junior Jr. Bacon Cheeseburgers: needed a microscope to find the supposed beef patty. I asked for onion as one of the toppings and received a frail, limp ghost of one very thin ring. I think 50 cents would've been paying too much for the burgers I got. Additionally, Cheese Fries taste (and look) a lot better if you actually cook the fries. Last order didn't have these failures, so maybe it's a Saturday afternoon thing.

the sandwich and chili were fine as usual, but the sour creme and chives baked potato was way overcooked. the ends were completely dried out and inedible. had to cut both of them off. i got four bites out of a four dollar baked potato

Usually the food is solid, but this time the fries were cold and stale, the burger bun was stale and we only got 8 nuggets instead of 10. Very disappointing.

I ordered an apple pecan salad which comes with a side of dressing and a side of pecans. What I got was an open bag , no receipt, with a container filled with lettuce and one sliced apple.  there was no chicken, no blue cheese, none of the ingredients that are supposed to be in the salad were there except for the lettuce and sliced apple. I drove it to the Wendy's nearest to my house where I found out I was at the wrong Wendy's.. Center Ridge Road Wendy's is who gave me this horrible salad. The young ladies at the North Olmsted Wendy's on Lorraine.(Passion and Corrine I think was her name) were so kind and so helpful that they made me a new salad for free even though they aren't the ones who gave me the bad one. I would enclose a photo, but I returned it to Wendy's, so I'm sure I'm out of the money for the delivery. Usually yes, I would highly recommend the salad because I find it to be exceptional but this particular salad I wouldn't feed my dog..
