10/10 on packaging, taste, presentation! Everything showed up exactly as ordered! And in a great amount time! If I'm ever passing through this part of TN and want something quick I will be ordering again! Very fresh and love their chili!

Seems like it's always hit or miss with this store. Sometimes you get everything you order and it's nice and fresh but most of the time I'm usually missing something from my order or if it's all there, the food isn't that fresh. Today I ordered 16 nuggets and all 16 were burned.

Usually my food is really good when I get wendys. But this time my drink or frosty did not have a DoorDash sticker over the top of them. Which my frosty was supposed to be chocolate ice cream with brownie swirl but i got vanilla. And my fry's where only half full i was supposed to have a medium but i basically got a small. And by the time it got to me my frosty was melted more then it should have been and my fry's were not even hot. Not sure where the error was there.
