My brother liked the classic chicken sandwich. Fries, nuggets are good. And my big bacon cheddar cheeseburger was not big bacon cheddar cheeseburger but its still good. Got the condiments and everything!

I choose Wendy's over McDonalds because the quality is usually so much better and the ingredients are fresher. My chicken was so overcooked it was dark brown dry and rubbery. One tomato and a ton of lettuce and mayo. I only ate half of it and tossed the rest.

This is a review of this store in South Hill. We ordered quite a bit of food and it was all made wrong, except for the spicy nuggets. The fries came undercooked and mushy, so those went into the trash. Sandwiches all came made incorrectly. There's no excuse for such poorly made items. We are definitely no longer eating at this Wendy's ever again. Poor quality food, incorrectly made.

Cold, salt-less fries. Bad watermelon sprite as in not even a sprite but a lemonade. Cold burgers and they forgot our Chili!

Mozzarella burger was GROSS. Hoped for something new and interesting (or similar to Shake Shack fried cheese/mushroom on burger) but it was gross. Cheese wasn't meaty, seemed like it had probably never been merry, just kind of a mozzarella puck with breading on it. The sauce was weird and overly sweet also. Burger was not worth eating. Other items were fine, basic tried and true Wendy'sstuff. But, this was a FAILED experiment
