The Double Stack™ burgers were delicious and came just as ordered. They were juicy and the buns were fresh. The Classic Chocolate Frosty®s were as always the perfect compliment to the burgers. Will order again.

The 6 piece 6 PC. Crispy Chicken Nuggets were still crispy and seasoned well. The Large Chili was double cupped and nice and hot!

Absolutely terrible food. Spicy chicken sandwich tasted bland. Chili had WAY too many beans in it, received butter instead of sour cream. Asked for coke and got Vanilla Coke.
I tried calling the store & they let it ring until it goes to voicemail. NOT great customer service at all.

There is no excuse for the poor food quality that the employees served us tonight. The bottom of the sandwich bun is dried out and hard like toast. The chicken nuggets are also very hard and I never received any BBQ dipping sauces as requested, The Newport, KY location, especially the 2nd shift, rarely includes requested sauces but will give 10 packs of crackers that I didn't ask for, for one chili.

Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger meat was almost nonexistent and burned mostly black. Parmesan Caesar Salad had lots of brown lettuce and not much chicken. Napkins, and utensils not included. Very disappointed
