I appreciate this Wendy's quick service and tasty food - it's not always available late at night and I know I can trust them with an order.
Good customer service and friendly workforce late at night!
Never meant to order additional quantities of what was included in "bundle".

They a medium fries out and the ones they give were a small and not a medium - so basically the order was supposed have two medium fries but it only had one small fries. My burger had sooooo much mayo and ketchup on it that it was dripping and the wrapper had torn apart from the wetness of the burger - inedible. This particular Wendy's (S, Church St, Burlington) has messed up my last three orders. Don't order from here. I wish I could choose the other Wendy's off of Alamance Rd because they're always good.

Baconator® Combo absolutely drenched in ketchup to the point it is inedible, for a $15 meal they should learn how to make it correctly.

They didn't put any toppings on my sandwich, just condiments. I didn't ask them to leave anything off. The fries were cold and soggy, and the Dr. Pepper was really light in color and tasted more like Sprite, didn't have enough syrup.
