Fresh and still hot. They even threw in a bunch of ketchup packets that I didnt ask for. Best Wendy's experience I've had in a very long time!

Never gets chili orders right. I usually do not get my sour cream and often get onions I don't want, and sometimes don't even get my cheese. Recently they stopped packaging my bun-less Dave's Triple in bowls and just wrapping in paper... and regardless of packaging, never include the condiments that I order. This store really needs to pay attention to customer orders.

The food is good but the service is a bit lacking today. Ordered regular nuggets with my Biggie Bag but received spicy instead. I also ordered a chocolate frosty and received the berry one instead. I'm really not a fan of the berry frosty as, in my opinion, it tastes a little medicinal. Just disappointed in the lack of quality customer service.

Normally the food is great. But today the burger Double Stack™ arrived cold and tasted old, though delivery time wasn't unusual and I had ordered a diet coke but got a regular coke instead. I am very disappointed as I had very little to spend on lunch and decided to take a chance with wendys which is normally really good .

food was good other than the Cinnabon® Pull-Apart. could've passed for a crouton it was under a heat lamp so long.
