This Wendy's on Westport Rd does a much better job with packaging and getting the order right than the Wendy's in Middletown on Shelbyville Rd. The food tasted fresher and better too. Please link my home to this great Wendy's so all our Wendy's DoorDash orders come from here. They should be commended.

The fries and chicken nuggets were both old and had very much been exposed for a long time. The buns on the burgers were hard is a rock. Now I understand  quality suffered some with delivery, but these were not delivery problems. These were definitely restaurant problems. I pay the same amount for a hard bun. And that's not ok.

VEEEERRRRY fresh and hot staff was friendly and probably the cleanest wendys ive been in 10/10 the fries was top ten will be back

The coffee was horrible. It didn't even taste like caramel. It had no creamer in it. The sausage was overcooked.

I ordered a Cobb salad and all it had on it was lettuce and a few pieces of grilled chicken. That's it for Me Wendy's, not getting a salad correct , do better.
