My food is always hot and bag is secured for protection. I really appreciate the effort and care given by the employees!! Great job guys!

It's amazing how little of fries you get now. They're just spuds, cmon. $4 bucks when you order a large and you get as much as a small

I dont know who was in the kitchen today but everything was disgusting. fries were overcooked, nuggets undercooked and had alot of weird white fat globules or something in it as a filler and not real chicken couldn't let my kid eat any of it. chili was so gross looking, just threw it all away waste of 30 dollars. thanks BK.

Did not get what I ordered. No utensils chili was incorrectly made I didn't get the hot sauce. I didn't get the sour cream that I paid for and the hamburger is cold and definitely not a fresh burger. The cookie is hard as a rock should've been tossed out and fresh baked looks like it's well over shelf time

Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger Biggie™ Bag came with fresh fries and the burger was still warm. A great deal for the amount of food you get.
