whoever prepared my burgers did an awful job. but the job doesn't require any pre knowledge and you can't determine a person's motivation to perform what's necessary. my Son of Baconator® was so dry myBacon Double Stack was super dry meaning the condiments seemed like they were weakly spat on the burgers and both the Double Stack™ looked unappealingly dry and not very edible

Customer service was bad. They make you come inside to pick up order. My food bag was not sealed. They did not have Fanta Orange as offered when ordered. Manager appears to have an attitude.

Ordered a Cobb Salad and the eggs were spoiled. Smell so horrible once I took the top off and they looked like cottage cheese. Horrible

while they have forgotten some food, the employees have no problem getting for you if you go up there and giving you a little more for your trouble. they're amazing.

Burger was cold and obviously was sitting a while. Bun was hard, bacon was OLD, forgot my sauce, got me the wrong drink. 1 bonus star for decently salting the fries
