everything was nasty. hamburger was cold (not from delivery) and there was something very wrong with my frosty. it was very light and fluffy and when it melted, it only filled 1" of the cup. it's like there was no ice cream in it. never seen anything like it before.

I ordered a Taco Salad and got a container full of lettuce, a very little cheese, a packet of dressing, and nothing else.

Food was missing. Called restaurant to see how to correct it and all that was said was "we weigh the order, it was the driver." How would weighing the order mean all the food is there? Weight inconsistency is common in the food service industry frequently as someone who has managed multiple restaurants. 2/10 offered no help, and hung up when asked what to do next.
