last time, we swore Wendy's had changed for the worse. We gave an one more try and everything was perfect. maybe they stepped their game back up, but we will be back. glad it is still really good and 🔥

the shredded lettuce is limp and old. I paid for a bbq sauce and got two honey mustards. is that because u were out? my receipt said honey mustard but i def picked bbq.
plz use the covered frosty dome, no telling what's gotten in there.
the pros: Sugar Cookies were great, fries were delish.
frosty good but not even blended up. it was a squirt of berry, then a huge clump of soft serve, then melted stuff on top. maybe I ate a loogie, maybe I didn't. it was good anyway. oh well. the price of convenience.
p.s. this has nothing to do w my dasher, Yordan did a great job - fast as all get out. he was there as soon as it was ordered!

I know workers hate it when orders come in late at night--but that's not the customer's problem. For the prices charged, restaurants need to ensure at least some care is taken.Dave's Single® was cold, dry and burnt on outside and too pink on the inside. Crispy Chicken Sandwiches came with wrong sauces, which I had paid extra for. Vanilla Frosty® not received. Very disappointing.

Spicy Chicken Sandwich was dry and had an odd texture; it was indeed spicy but really flavorful. Crispy Chicken Sandwich is always a favorite.

Grilled Chicken Wrap Combo was a mess. They put spicy chicken on it but I did not order spicy anything. The sour cream and chive potato side was just plain potato. 4 PC. Crispy Chicken Nuggets were cold and very stale, no way they were fresh. Very bad order.
