I was pleasantly surprised. After reading some reviews I wasn't expecting much. My food came hot and fresh and it was packed really neatly. Every item was also accounted for. Will definitely order again!

It was a late night order being that I work overnight as a nurse. What I received felt like it was a chicken that had been cooked earlier in the day and just reheated. It was disgusting to say the least, so dry I almost choked on the first bite. The chili fries where also extra soggy and very small amount of fries with a ton of cheese and chili. Very very disappointed

Would never order from here again. Double Stack™ Biggie™ Bag was basically none existent, lettuce was legit two sad pieces. Portions are not worth almost 10$ each.

No cheese on my sandwich, got small fries instead of the large that I paid for and ordered, received a burger instead of Crispy Chicken BLT, fries were really well done, no straws, no napkins. Very disappointed

I decided to order a meal while in the hospital with my wife who recently was induced to have my first son, during her recovery i ordered her a Baconator® Combo , to begin with the "large fry" was more like a small and they were cold and stale, her burger was also cold and they forgot to add mustard i felt so bad. The only thing that was anything remotely close to mediocre was the frosty, they made my delivery driver late. if you are looking for fast and reliable unfortunately this is not a place I could confidently recommend to you .
