• 22/3/26You pay for large and they give you medium. You don't get your money back. I do feel they can make some changes and pay attention to orders sizes as they do cost more. I also ordered extra gravy for almost 4 dollars and was not refunded as well.

• 9/1/25Teen punks at this location serving up flattened burgers, with chunks missing from patties. Bacon missing as ordered. This location has gone totally downhill. Managers not doing their jobs.

• 31/3/26The store needs to package seal each bag I feel like my fries get eaten by time it gets to me. Every single fast food place seals their bags before being handed to the dasher. Just a sanitary tip they should really consider doing as a franchise.
