The patty melt was OK. My fries weren't fresh and It took them forever to bring my food. And my package was wide open. It was not packaged correctly. That's my second time ordering there. I do not like this specific location. They need new management.

The fries were barely warm and greasy, so they were not fresh. I also asked for both spicy and fancy ketchup, and only received spicy. For nearly $5 per large fry, I expect better quality. I will not be ordering again.

The onion rings and #4 Jalapeño & Cheese Whataburger® Whatameal®were undercooked. They only filled up half of the box for onion rings. They sealed the wrong burger with the wrong side in the bag. They didn't provide the spicy ketchup I requested or pack napkins.Food isexpensive. Please take pride in your job and do better!

Asked for #3 Triple Meat Whataburger® Whatameal® without the bun, only got 2 patties. I also asked for lettuce and onion and didn't get those either. They put the wrong cheese on as well. Very disappointed.
