This whataburger is poorly run and could use some better quality help within the establishment. The food quality is poor and items are consistently missing. I would recommend Burger King or Wendy's.

DO NOT order the salads! Ordered one on 12/7/25 and cheese and carrots were missing. The container was not sealed or had a safety seal. The bags did not have a safety seal. The salad looked old! These people didn't ever put eating utensils in the bag. Not worth what you pay for. Want a good salad go to Chik-fil-A.

kids meal burger had so much mayonnaise it had to be wiped off before it could be eaten. like there was more mayonnaise then meat. #5 burger wasn't on the right bread, but that if that was the only issue it wouldn't have been a big deal. the food was barely warm. whataburger is usually much better than this so not sure what went wrong.

Ive ordered multiple times thru door dash and every time my order is wrong. no condiments, lettuce, tom, onions on burger. the employees should read the order that comes in and make sure it is correct.

I always love the food. I would give them a 5 star but anytime I order spicy ketchup I NEVER get any... NEVER. But other than that everything else is great.
