Literally gave me three tiny pieces of lettuce. Fries were too salty and a few of them barely looked cooked.

I’m very disappointed with the quality of my order and the overall service I received. The food arrived in unacceptable condition — the patties were overcooked, the grilled jalapeños were completely missing, and I was only given about half a portion of onion rings. On top of that, the pepper sauce I specifically included in my order was not provided.
What makes this even more frustrating is that I called the store before the order was delivered to make sure everything would be correct, yet the order still arrived poorly prepared and incomplete. This has happened multiple times, and it’s becoming clear that there is a serious lack of care and attention when it comes to DoorDash and Uber Eats orders.
I also find it very unprofessional that the delivery driver was reportedly refused the sauce that was already included with my order. Customers should receive the items they paid for without repeatedly dealing with missing ingredients, incorrect portions, and careless preparation.
At this point, the repeated mistakes reflect very poorly on the store’s management and quality standards. I hope this issue is taken seriously and that improvements are made, because customers should not have to keep experiencing the same problems over and over again.

burger was beyond greesy and put together very messy.. lol all the pickles were just stacked on one corner of the burger like everything else.. fries where stale and passed warm getting to cold... i havent eaten whataburger very often, im from michigan so i was looking forward to trying there burgers.. i had a chicken sandwhich from
there that was pretty good before but honestly horrible experience this time at this location. i'd recommend just going to shake shack or even mcdonald's or wendy's before going there again

This was the best order from a Whataburger I've had in a long time. My order was one percent right and it was still hot. I wish I could order from this Whataburger all the time.

Fries are old and there was no lettuce on my sandwich and it tasted like it had been sitting for a while it wasn't fresh
