Food is always cold nowadays. Takes way too long to receive and it's cause the dasher is waiting for the order, fries are inedible because of how cold they are. Lettuce is wilted and tomatoes are soggy.

Fries don't even look cooked. We used to love this place but quality has gone way downhill. This whataburger is not good anymore.

Food was cold, tea was unsweetened ( not what ordered). They don't offer set ups (plates, cups, nakins) especially for the price you pay for all this. Can't request anything because they turn off the request/ recommendation box. Burgers were over cooked.

the Honey BBQ Chicken Strip Sandwich was burnt. the chicken strip in there were totally burnt. so disappointed!!

If you order a large onion ring for online ordering. Don't do it because they will give you half empty onion rings and they're all small with broken pieces and 1-2 pieces of French fries... :( better off ordering in person so you can meet them face to face on showing how they see food quality looks like.
