to start our burgers were all wrong & looked like a 5 year old made them. the buns were hard along with the fries, & the meat was burnt. i also payed for 4 sauces & ketchup, we did not receive any of them. super disappointed especially since my order was over $50.

This is petty but has been an issue the last several times I've ordered from this Whataburger-- I love yalls fancy ketchup. I put the effort in to request is specifically. I end up only getting a single spicy ketchup EVERY time! I also got a meek half full order of fries.

No ketchup or napkins and we specifically asked for ketchup. We are camping and have nothing. The total for three sandwiches and one order of fries was over $50. They could have thrown some in the bag with a few napkins.
