Not very well packaged my order arrived at my door in an opened plastic bag with a box that contained my chicken tenders the only thing keeping that box closed was a sticker no bigger than the size of a dime. I wish Whataburger would take a little more time to make what they send out more tamper resistant. You never know these days. but other than that the food was great. It was fresh. I got the exact portion I ordered and I would definitely order again

the eggs were dry and had a weird taste. love the biscuit and potatoes. bacon was good. probably won't order again. the portion was great.

I ordered buffalo wings with ranch and I recieved literal bone dry chicken nuggets in a container. It was for my boyfriend that's visiting home from the military and he was really looking forward to some good food after months of not having any.

Burger quality use to be great. However my last few orders seem to have went down in quality and inconsistent. I purchased a cheeseburger,no condiments no toppings a usual i typically order and it arrived on a soggy, grease infused bun and patty. It was so bad I literally had to take the sandwich apart and use paper towels to squeeze the excess grease from both the bread and patty. making it an absolute mess and at that point seem inedible. My burgers in the past were always well made with perfectly baked buns with a well cooked patty without all the grease.

I received a Justaburger® Kid's Whatameal®and a Banana Pudding Shake nothing had the delivery seal on it. So by the time it got to me the box was half open and so was the shake lid. I'm not able to safely give this to my kid. On top of that the coke was out of syrup so it tasted more like carbonated water. Quality control really needs to step up at this particular location.
