Asked for extra toppings and they were not included. Asked for ketchup for fries, not included. Hamburgers were too thin and could barely taste within the big bun. Value is going downhill.

I didn't receive my fries and my burger looked disgusting. The patty looked all torn and the lettuce isn't fresh.

Missing everything that was added: whatasauce on the sandwich and grilled onions. Whole jalapeño and spicy ketchup were not given either. Sandwich was bland and dry.

They forgot my gravy unfortunately. There was also no napkins or ketchup, and the beef patty was hard/dry
