The delivery driver was wonderful and went beyond the call of duty to get my coleslaw that I could not add to the original order. I requested condiments and received everything requested. The driver was professional and had above average customer service skills. The food was fresh and warm. Thank you for not charging me for the coleslaw. I was very happy with our order.

The greens were delicious. I wish that the lid had stayed on because it caused the bag to break snd I lost the apple pie. The chicken was delicious as always. The spicy rice had turned to mush but had good flavor.

The chicken was not fresh. I received my Chicken Sandwich on two slices of white bread instead of a bun as advertised. I received brown gravy with my chicken strip order when it was supposed to be white and the brown gravy was disgusting. I usually love Williams but I was highly disappointed with my order.

The chicken was dry, and there were hard pieces where it should be soft on a chicken thigh, as well as the leg of the chicken was dry too like it had been sitting under the light for a very long time. The fries were maybe a lukewarm. When I opened the bag, all of the fries were out of the container that they were in. I had to pull off most of the chicken because it was hard and I couldn't chew it.
