Food was absolutely delicious. Spit-roasted Pork 小酥肉 was gone in a second lol. It was cooked perfectly in a sense of not overly cooked. Signature Thick Beef Bone Soup 招牌浓醇牛骨汤 was out of this world, the medium spice was a very different experience in my mouth. The spiciness on my tongue was enjoyable.  AND THE FLAVOR OH MY GAWWW! Kangshifu Pear Juice With Rock Sugar 康师傅冰糖雪梨will have you on the toilet, it's a great thing, flush yo stomach out!  Only issue was that both my entries were missing ingredients. Like the tempura & bean sprouts. Still would order again.

I ordered the Beef Combo 1.6 lb meal and was disappointed with the portion and overall quality. The amount of beef provided was very small compared to what is expected for a 1.6 lb combo. Most of the container was broth, with only a few thin slices of meat and limited solid ingredients.
For the price, the portion size did not feel reasonable. The broth was also quite oily, which affected the overall taste and balance of the dish. The meal did not match my expectations based on the menu description.
I hope the restaurant can improve portion consistency and quality control in the future.

DIY 1.5 LB Malatang Always satisfying. I've ordered many times from here. Never disappointed! All the side dishes/sauces are always fresh, will keep coming back!!
