I've gotten Zambreros twice now. Both times I've had them delivered. The food is absolutely amazing but unfortunately it's been ice cold both times I've gotten it. I cannot recommend the food enough but I think it'd be better to collect it next time. Food is 5 stars but gets 4 for being cold.

We ordered classic veg Classic Bowl and there was barely any beans, no guacamole, although it comes with the bowl and unnecessary big portion of rice. We love veg Classic Bowl from Zambrero but this one was a huge disappointment
I would not order from this store again.

I ordered the Big Classic Burrito Bowl and was pretty disappointed with what arrived. For a bowl that's supposed to be a larger serving, it contained very little rice and meat, and was basically filled with lettuce. It definitely didn't feel like I received the portion I paid for.
To DoorDash credit, they did provide a refund after I reported the issue, which I appreciate. However, the meal itself was far below expectations and not representative of a "big" burrito bowl. Hopefully this was just a one-off and portion control can be improved.

For some reason it doesn't show chicken option for me, so I ordered pull mushroom and the size of the portion was minuscule one bite and it was gone. It's the 3rd time I've ordered Zambrero and this time was disappointing.

The burritos were a generous size but although we live 10 mins away, they arrived cold. (We didn't pick up as delivery was free and we all know what parking in Coogee is like for cars.)
The burritos were disappointing; they just basically consisted of white rice with a few veg chucked in. No beans at all, which are pretty essential, right? No cheese AT ALL, and no sour cream. Hubby had a few bits of pulled pork in his, but his tasted of barbecue source (which he hates) when he'd ordered verde sauce. Maybe it was the way the pork was cooked? Who knows.
We didn't get what they advertised and certainly won't be ordering again.
If you're a fan of Guzman and Gomez, stay well away. It's just not in the same league.
