We ordered the Chicken Finger Plate - 6 Fingerz and the Big Zax Big Zax Snak® Meal for myself and my kids to share. The chicken fingers were all juicy, hot and cripsy. The fries were well seasoned and the Cole slaw was flavorful and were the perfect sized serving. Everything was packaged well and all sauces, napkins, utensils were included. I would defon order from here again.

The tiny chicken fingers were cold and tough/chewy like they were made a couple days ago and just came out of a college dorm refrigerator. On a positive note, they were better than the $13.45 Cobb Zalad.

The milkshakes taste like pure syrup without any ice cream whatsoever. Zaxbys is a family favorite place for milkshakes, so this was a disappointment.

Should not deviate from menu is lesson learned. This was/is very bad. The Veggie Egg Rolls were burnt looking and the shell was not flaky and were more soggy than anything and the inside was just not fresh tasting. The 4 Southern Fried Shrimp were close to popcorn size and to charge that amount for 4 small shrimp with no special batter I'd not right. None of the sauces I selected were included. I took a gamble and it was a loss.

OK, so how many times have we ordered from DoorDash and been missing things or the food was cold or it was not fresh ... literally it's always something. And then you hit that help button and they only wanna give you back three dollars on your $50 meal and you take it because it's not worth the hassle. I mean I'm at the point now where I don't even want to use DoorDash most of the time I'll take my lazy ass out and get it myself. But let me tell you, whoever was working at Zaxby's tonight, I am bowing down to you! Seriously. Not only did you get everything right, but it is high-quality, everything looks fantastic, And. My delivery driver must have been driving 100 miles an hour to get it here because I tipped them extra because it was still hot like I had picked it up myself. I can't even get it here and it's still warm because I live so far away from civilization. Thank you I'm gonna enjoy this. I was craving salad and it looks delicious. The tomatoes are so red and plump that I'm drooling right now. Way to go Zaxby's And delivery driver person!
