The Chicken Bacon Ranch Loaded Fries were missing the loaded part. There was no cheese ,no bacon, and the fries were not cooked or seasoned. I imagined someone put a bag of fries on the counter. That had thawed out & then they were tossed in whatever ranch sauce was closest and crammed in whatever Togo box . I ordered 3 different meals. I wished this was the 1st time this happened. Unfortunately it has happened before. I'm not sure what is going on with Soddy Daisy location. They are consistently getting worse. Their chicken strips are more like size of nuggets & overall quality is just pitiful especially for the price. Forgetting to fry the fries is just on another level of not caring about customers or customer service. You can't tell me they didn't know. Seemed like someone just wanted to go home& couldn't care less.

1 star only because my sons sandwich was "so good" he said but my The House Zalad® - Grilled was AWFUL! First of all, there was barely any salad mix, less than half of what it normally given. The salad mix had very wilted, there were barely any tomatoes, but they looked like they had gone bad. I tried to ignore all this and continue to eat it. First bite, DISGUSTING! Second bite, TERRIBLE. I though maybe it was the chicken because I'm not a big fan of their grilled chicken and usually get the fried chicken salad (on a diet so I ordered the grilled). I tried it without chicken and only salad. Still AWFUL!! Three bites and I was done. I threw away $13 because I couldn't eat it. It was the worst meal I have ever had from there. Also did not receive any Zax sauce and ordered extra.

I watched the map and I live 2 minutes from Zaxby's and my Dasher came straight to my house after they picked up our large french fries and come to find out both orders of french fries were definitely not larges and they were cold and stale. on the plus side, the tea was good and didn't taste old and they gave me the right amount of sauce.

2 orders of 4 piece chicken tender plates, only 3 dry pieces of chicken in each plate ! No drinks !

Chicken tasted microwaved and not fresh also the chicken was stringy the loaded Chicken Bacon Ranch were good though
