My 5 piece boneless wings in tongue torch sauce ended up being a 4 piece boneless wing with no sauce. We live 8 minutes away and both our teas were room temperature with no ice. Fries were soggy and cold.

Fried Pickles were not crispy and they didn't put ranchnor any sauce to ditFried Cheesecake Bites with Strawberry Sauce were so so..no strawberry sauce and tasted old
I've had both beforeand they were great so I was double disappointed

chicken old, fries over seasoned and old. overall taste is not good. maybe a salad would have been better. called for refund

Love Zaxbys! That being said, if you order from the albemarle rd. location after a certain time of day your order will most certainly be wrong! During the day they always get it right! The correct number of fingers, the right sauce additions and the correct sides and even your drink! If you order in the evening you won't get any of your chosen sauces or any you pay extra for! You may only get fries and no slaw and you might not get a drink at all! You might also get 3 chicken fingers even if you paid for 6! So beware ordering in the evening please.

the coke tasted super weird i ended up throwing it away. and the ranch sauce didnt even taste like ranch and it was all hard
