grilled chicken was burnt black could scrape black of could bend and snap to break chicken could not even chew on my blue salad . it is usually great but it was horrible. the Zacks snacks was supposed to be wet and wasn't. sauce on the kicking chicken was to be on the side and wasn't. I have never had a problem before

I enjoyed my food it still arrived warm, the fries were soft and well seasoned and my wings were crispy I prefer for it to not have any sauce so it was perfect.

I have had the Fried Asian Zensation Zalad before in the pass, and it was delicious. When I opened the container, I saw the egg roll was burnt and the chicken was very dry along with the Zalad. Don't know what happened.

barely any fries in there toast missing and also a chicken tender and sauce seems to be a little clumpy
