Slower with no line. Dasher even had to complain. Bread was burnt rather than toasted. 3 Nibblerz® Sandwich one came nugget size. Good on this location until they can improve the quality and service.

I've been holding off on this for a while but they've screwed up enough times in a row I'm just gonna have to drop a bad review. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION IF YOU WANT SAUCE WITH YOUR WINGS. It seems like every single time I order from this location, whether it be Doordash or in person, they love to forget 1 if not all of your requested sauces. I ordered 3 sauces tonight. One I paid extra for. None of them came with my order. They also love to skimp on how many fries you get here. I've noticed this is a problem with all Zaxbys over the last few years though not just this location. They've exercised shrinkflation for sure. I ordered the "large" fry and it didn't even fill up half the tray. Just embarrassing man 10 years ago a regular order would have been way more (and I don't even recall "large" existing then). I counted that I probably had 15 fries in all, even with the upcharge (many of these fries were small and not the large crinkle cuts you expect of Zaxbys). Just disappointing. The whole reason I ordered from here is because their ranch pairs so well with their teriyaki wings and the zax sauce really makes those chicken tenders. Instead I got a mid meal. Should have ordered from somewhere else and listened to my better judgement. I'm done with these guys. Buyer beware order from somewhere else if you actually want what you're paying for. Or order from here if you're a big fan of dry chicken tenders with nothing to complement them.

Everytime order from them there i get just as much soda leaking all over the outside of the cup as the inside and the Sodas are NEVER labeled so you have to taste them to know if it's coke, Dr pepper, or root beer. The Basket of Texas Toast and Chicken Finger Plate - 4 Fingerz were great. The driver was very polite and courteous even though they were waiting outside the store for 25 minutes on a basic order. I'd try and find a different time i day to order from here and maybe they won't rush the packaging and would take the time to label the sodas that are all the same color.

I always enjoy the Kiddie Cheese®,especially because it is cut into a triangle and the cheese . The Veggie Egg Rolls are delicious as well
