I hope the store sees this.. you guys make my order top notch every time! It was fresh, I got a couple extra tenders, and everything was on point. Great job guys!

The food is delicious, however one of my drink cups had a hole in the side of it and there was barely any drink left by the time it got to me. I don't know if it was already punctured or something happened on the way, but it would be nice to just double check that there's no holes in your cups when you're giving them to customers.

The employees were nice, but the quality of the food was subpar. The chicken for the nibblerz and chicken finger plate was so small you could eat each one in one bite. The fries for both meals were cold. The fries for the nibblerz meal were unseasoned. Not sure if the store was understaffed but the staff could not keep up with the orders.

Wings were very nasty only took one bite my tenders tasted like they were made hours ago and I asked for extra seasoned fries got unseasoned stale fries very disappointed and won't be eating zaxbys for a while.!
