The Crinkle Fries - Regular were so soggy from being put in the paper container right after being cooked. The container is wet and fries are overly seasoned.
The Basket of Texas Toast of absolutely horrible. Majority of slices were stale and hard. Could only eat the inside of one slice. The bread was hardly toasted.
Such a disappointment with this food.

Best order from Zaxby's we've ever had! Portions were huge this time. We had stoped ordering a while back because the boneless wings were tiny but this time they really hooked us up! Will order again!

Always been able to depend on Zaxby 's to be consistently good. Not so this time. They Left out one side and the toast was so stale and hard it wasn't edible. The chicken tasted like fish likely because it was fried in the same oil as the shrimp. Yuk! The entire meal with exception to the fries was terrible. Big miss this time Zaxby's!

I ordered large fries and they hardly put anything in the box. Sure put enough Zax sauce. Tired of the quality these fast food places are giving.

Did not have my entire order in the bag and gave me the wrong sauce. Food tastes delicious but I pay too much for delivery for it to not be correct.
