Foods always fresh. Flavor is always top notch! The 6 finger plate can practically be lunch two days in a row!

My 2nd time ordering Zaxby's, first time tasted good but arrived cold. This time it was warm enough to thoroughly enjoy. The Chicken Bacon Ranch Loaded Fries were amazing! I'm ready to order another already. Boneless Wings Meal had a great quality as well, just had a couple wings missing but the food was good enough to disregard.

Hit and miss. The chicken is sometimes chewy or the wings just have sauce drizzled on top and not actually tossed. They need a new cook. Worst Zaxby's in Jackson County.

Store didn't put in napkins, fork, straw, ranch cup or strawberry sauce cup. Not cool. Chicken on the chicken sandwich was really tough on half of it, seemed like it was freezer burned on its thinner side.
