The best salad I have EVER recieved from Zaxbys!!!! Amazing! Customer service Amazing! I spoke with Antoine after I recieved my food to let them know how awesome my food was!!! So very satisfied with my order. Thank you to this anazing staff for working hard to ensure customer service and satisfaction is top tier! If I could give 100 stars to this store, I would!!! Thank you to this team and the crew leader who made my salad!

the amount of food in the box is about a quarter less than usual. cold and fries are under cooked. I don't like to complain but this is not worth 9+ dollars

Boneless Wings - 10 practically no sauce and quite overcooked. very bland since the buffalo ranch sauce was missing plus the ckicmen was dried out from over cooking

The bacon in the loaded fries was all burnt, and the cheese bites were over fried and hard.
