I’m really disappointed with my order. My fries were soggy and tasted like they had been sitting for a while, and when I bit into one of my chicken wings, the inside was still pink and looked undercooked. I couldn’t finish my meal because I didn’t feel comfortable eating it. I expected better food quality, especially for the price. I would appreciate a full refund.

Food was great, fresh and perfectly seasoned. But they got a few things wrong with the order. Ordered extra fries instead of toast with my fingerz meal, and didn't get the second order of fries. Also inexplicably got a second shake despite only ordering one. Not complaining, but I knew I wasn't gonna drink the second and I don't really like to waste food. Ended up giving it to my neighbor.

Today my order was not the best, the sandwich was small and a mess and the tenders where burned tasting and bland! Not happy I payed that much for food that was not god!

Food quality ad qualtity fell drastically. The food was cold like it had sat up, the portion was kid sized and the toast was hard. I don't know what's going on but a change for the better is definitely needed. At one point in time this was my favorite restaurant to order on DoorDash.
