Zaxby's will forever be one of my favorite fast food restaurants. My last order was missing seasoning on the fries which were also soggy. I had one boneless wing that felt like Ice in the middle of it as if it wasn't cooked all the way. Other than that and everything else I could eat was fairly good.

The House Zalad which I eat often did not taste the same. Idk if the ranch dressing was bad or something within the actual salad but I couldn't eat it. A waste of money. :(

The past two times we've ordered we did not get our order correctly. They dont allow you to specify anything or leave a note. The chicken was overcooked and crusted all the way around. Barely any meat.

Fries were undercooked and had no seasoning. Chicken was dry which is so sad because Zaxby's is my go to fast food place normally.

They need to give 6 chicken fingers not 4 when you order a 6 piece, also our Fried White Cheddar Bites were hard to chew tonight
