Chicken Finger Plate - 4 Fingerz was good. Fried Pickles were delicious but Extra Sauce was not included. This is a problem with them they never send the sauce we pay extra for. they sent the wrong sauce as well. I asked for zax sauce and they sent spicy zax sauce.

Everything is undercooked except the chicken. The bread is wet and soggy, and the fries are hard and stiff. They're hot, but hard and stiff not cooked long enough. Shame. Just slow down a bit.

The whole reason you go to Zaxby's is for the seasoning. These french fries and chicken had zero seasoning on them. The drink and the chicken meal was not delivered. And the wrong salad dressing for the salad.

They used the wrong sauce on my salad and It was way too spicy to eat. The tomato's weren't fresh. I will not order from this zaxbys again.

Never go large on the fries. I ordered large fries an got less in my box than my wife's medium order. It seems like an every time issue with zaxbys.
