I’m really disappointed with my recent order from Zaxby’s. I paid $22, and while I did receive my extra toast, my fries were completely missing. On top of that, the food that did arrive wasn’t acceptable, the chicken wasn’t cooked all the way through, the boneless wings were still raw in the middle, and the toast was hard.

Didn't have enough salad dressing. Only 2 packs and they are so small that if you are going to charge $14.00 for a salad at least give enough dressing to cover the entire salad!! The salad is big so you need at least 4 dressing packs.

The food was okay, but not great. I asked for extra seasoning on my fries on the app, and I also asked my amazing dasher to ask for extra seasoning salt on the side, which she did. The employees only put 1 measly container of seasoning with maybe 1/2 tsp of seasoning in it for 2 big zax snacks. On of that, they did not include straws for the 2 drinks I ordered as well.

Birthday Cake Milkshake had whipped cream when I asked for none. And Asian Zensation Zalad™ did not have the bacon i ordered and paid almost $6 for. Very disappointed. I order the exact same thing at least three times a month.

It was good, a couple fries were not cooked all the way through but portions were good and was still hot when we got it- 10/10
