• 9/9/26I've been eating Zips my whole life but this time the fish and chips, while delicious and flaky, were the size of chicken nuggets (nothing like the picture) and the marinara sauce tasted rancid! The fries stay consistently delicious though!

• 2/3/26Hey, I'm not usually one to complain but when they switched my order from a large fish and chips due to inventory issues, they put shrimp in the basket. I'm toothless. I can't eat that shrimp so I spent 125 bucks for a milkshake and french fries don't worry I'll try again. I do appreciate your restaurant very much.

• 7/3/26Never got cheese on Bacon Burger or my The "Big Zipper" and even paid for pepper jack and didn't get tartar sauce that you gotta pay for
