Ordered 2 bowls. Only received 1 side. Ordered a brownie and received a blondie, but considering the size for $3+ should be a $1 item. Pre-packaged and small.

fresh and good, only thing chicken seemed a little spicy, to much arugula, and not enough saffron rice and didn't get my pita bread

Let's start with hardly no lettuce in my meatless salad, too many lentils and just the ratio was off. Who gives more beans than lettuce in a salad. My cucumbers were watered down and soggy. I was really a big fan but the last 2 times I bought from Cava have been terrible. Why does this always happen restaurants start out caring and presentation is good then slowly go downward with food presentation and quality. Trying to eat healthy and I thought Cava was healthier and cared.

Garlicky Chicken Shawarma Bowl waswatery, romaine lettuce was wilted, very little rice. very disappointed
