• 25/09/23The chicken in my famous bowl was old and hard and had a bad taste to it and the bowl of corn I paid $4 for was old and tasted nasty as well and the tiny bowl they give wasn't even full like its supposed to be!! I was very very disappointed and upset about the whole order it just gotten thrown in trash!!! Waste of money

• 05/07/24Well, we waited for more than an hour and a half to get a bucket of 16 pc. Chicken Meal. That by any standards is absolutely ridiculous. Then, once we finally got it, there were only 10 pieces of chicken that were cold and overcooked or slimy. There were no biscuits at all. They did include a cake for our wait, I assume, but I feel like it doesn't cover the wait or missing 6 entire pieces of chicken. Just terrible customer service and not exactly fast food. The doordasher was amazing, so patient and helpful.

• 18/12/22Ordered a large popcorn chicken and most of it was very small pieces that were mostly breading. Basically looks like the bottom of the bag crumbs. Definitely won't order that again.
