Even though I selected "well done", the wings were BARELY cooked. This is significant because they only taste good when cooked very well. I would have rather waited another 10 minutes than to have soft chicken. Crunchy is always preferred.

Those were the best lemon pepper boneless wings I ever had! I requested them to be fried hard and they were! The crunch was amazing!
