Since 1977, Bojangles has been serving boldly seasoned chicken, scratch-made biscuits, Legendary Iced Tea and all the classic Southern fixins for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
I ordered Pepsi and recieved tea. No straw or spork.
I received only one full chicken tender. Ordered 2pc Chicken Supremes® Kids' Meal.
Asked for extra icing on my Cinnamon Twists and that barely had any icing at all.

My chicken was not fully cooked. The meat was pink when I pulled it apart. My wings still had feathers on them. Lastly my fries were so greasy they were soggy.

It took an ungodly amount of time for them to prepare my order. Food was hot and fine but dasher poor thing had to wait for an enormous amount of time. She said they were moving terribly slow waiting on customers.

Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and did not receive it. I also ordered a large Dr Pepper and got a large Pepsi. Went back up there with the receipt and they tell me that I have to go through DoorDash even though they're the ones that packed the order. All DoorDash does is pick it up and deliver it.

Chicken wasnt fresh... too expensive for my food not to be fresh and taste old!! This is my third incident with bojangles and DoorDash
