I was very dissatisfied with my order today. My boberry biscuit was extremely hard and none and the icing was on it, only on the paper dried up. The bo-rounds were so greasy they were soggy and stuck together. Very disappointing

Flaky biscuit, right amount of gravy... could use some seasoning though. The hash browns were kinda cold but good.

I ordered a 3pc tender combo and they only gave me two tenders. Highly disappointed. I scheduled to have my order by 9pm, because that's what time I go to lunch. Door dash said my order would arrive between 8:40 and 8:50pm. The restaurant didn't start preparing my order until 9pm. When I received my order, it was 9:30 and my break was over. They also sent my order to a location further away when there is one closer to my job. Please do better.

The chicken was great and the tots but the bread was bland and no jelly or honey options for biscuit
