Smokehouse BBQ sandwich was awesome. Perfect portion of sauce to sandwich, crispy brown sugar bacon was a great addition.

The Honey Pepper Pimento Chicken Sandwich was dry and not put together. The tomatoes were in a cup, the bacon was in a cup, the pickles were in a cup. The pimento cheese was barely visible. I've ordered this Honey Pepper Pimento Chicken Sandwich which before and it was put together and all ingredients were included on the Honey Pepper Pimento Chicken Sandwich which along with plenty of pimento cheese.

I ordered Mac and cheese, I got French fries. I ordered 2 biscuits, I received one, I ordered plain chicken wings with sweet heat on the side, I received the sauce all over the chicken. Attention to details will keep people coming back. This poor service will not. This location always disappoints.

My order was missing the 6-pack of choc chip cookies . Every time I order from this location something is missing out of my order . This time it's over $10.00 . I try to call the store and the phone is never answered .
