This store makes a disgrace of Chipotle. My burrito bowl came half full with barely any rice in it. Also, the steak and rice tasted old and stale!

Burritos were ripped open and missing queso on both orders and all the ingredients were piled only on one side of the burritos it was 80% rice with 3 bites of other filling

Paid 16$ for a Burrito Bowl, with chicken.
The bowl barely had chicken in the bowl.
There was literally just 4 pieces of chicken in my bowl, also bowl looked very sloppy and portion was small. This is the worst location in Delaware

Ordered a simple Burrito Bowl. Brown rice, black beans, steak, and cheese. Rice was raw (crunchy and hard), steak was overcooked to a crisp, and there was barely any meat. this isn't my first time ordering from here either. Crunchy rice happens way more often that not at this location...

overall there wasnt the same amount of food in the Burrito Bowl compared to going in the store and ordering. also the quality of the food wasnt what it would be compared to if you go in to the store. the guacamole was brown-ish, rice was hard like it was old or didnt cook enough. the quantity of what you would get when making your Burrito Bowl in store was cut in half the whole way. literally open the lid to my food and said this isnt right seem like half the food was missing. you could tell before opening lid that it felt light.
