My rice was hard, for it to be a veggie burrito it lacked the veggies, more hard than veggies, the bread was hard, my burrito was sloppily made. Never had a bad experience before this.

My burrito bowl literally had a whole avocado dumped in it. A whole avocado - cut in half - just sitting in my burrito bowl. The chips were good though. 😒

I regret every time I order from this location, I asked for extra chicken it always looks as if I don't get it. I'm normally complaining about the large amount of rice but this location barely gives any! The chips are NEVER fresh they always seem stale or flavorless

I bought 3 chicken tacos and there was little to no chicken,it was ice cold,and the corn was hard the it hurt my teeth,for 20.00 this should have been better,I'm highly dissatisfied. 😢 😞

The bowl was fil with mostly rice, the rice is also overcooked compared to other chipotle resturant
